We'll be dismayed if you're not 100% satisfied with the item you receive, and we'll happily accept returns within 30 days of receipt on most items in new condition.

1. Please contact customer service and explain the goods you want to return and the reason for the return. We will reply to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be greatly appreciated. Please note that if you decide to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, you will be charged a 15% handling fee.

2. After receiving our return instructions, please put the returned items back into the original packaging.

3. We do not accept items returned directly without notification. Any address on the package will not be approved as a return address. Packages returned without a return address authorized by a customer service representative will not be returned.

4. Most returns will be processed within 5 working days after we receive your package. We will issue a refund to your Paypal or credit card. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Return conditions

1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: jumpsuits, lingerie and pajamas, swimwear and accessories.

3. All returns will be refunded via the same method you paid for your order.

4. Returned items must be in unused condition and with original packaging. We will not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

5. Items marked as non-returnable and free gifts cannot be returned.

6. We do not accept returns of merchandise without proper return instructions.

7. We do not provide freight collect (FTC) service for packages returned to us. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.

8. Please be sure to inspect your return carefully before shipping. We are not responsible for returns of uninspected products.
